The message at Thrive Church this week was on Psalm 91. I often pray the beginning of the first verse. 

Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

But, somehow all of this time I was missing something important. The rest part. I was praying about find shelter in the Most High, but I (I’m not sure how…) I missed that when we find shelter in Him, the result is rest. 

When we get into His presence, fear will flea. And we will find rest–one of the definitions Webster’s gives for “rest” is peace of mind or spirit.

Yay for light bulb moments…
